Luis Kischmischian is the founder of MISCHIAN Strategies, launched in 2021 after more than 18 years of success in the marketing and business development field. With a passion for helping people and a deep understanding of business strategies, Luis built the foundation to launch his own venture, focused on transforming ideas into efficient, goal-driven realities.

Luis holds an impressive academic background, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Marketing, an MBA in Global Business and Entrepreneurship, and a Master’s in Leadership Management—all from Sacramento State University. These achievements, combined with his hands-on experience, have equipped him with the skills to drive innovation and create sustainable growth. He continues his life long learning journey as he embarks into AI systems that can help serve organizations through changing times.

With over 18 years of experience, Luis Kischmischian has built a career transforming ideas into reality. From driving impactful marketing campaigns to creating innovative strategies, Luis has partnered within the hospitality industry, private sector, corporations, and higher education institutions to elevate brands and achieve measurable results.

At the heart of Luis’ success is his entrepreneurial mindset. While leading Marketing and Communications at CSUS, he spearheaded initiatives that created a first of its kind Marketing and Communications Division within Student Affairs which covered over 50,000 students, staff, and faculty. By partnering with more than 10 departments, he fostered positive change across the university and empowered teams to deliver results. He created business models that helped more than 50 departments increase visibility, branding, marketing efforts, and an operating system that allowed partnership from the C-suite level to serve the goals set by leadership.

What sets Luis apart is his action-oriented approach. He thrives on turning ambitious goals into clear, achievable strategies while inspiring teams to innovate and exceed expectations.
