MISCHIAN Story

When Luis was 10, he found his first business venture with a bucket and a sponge. Even then, he knew he had an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping others. Whether it was mowing lawns, washing cars, or exploring new opportunities, he discovered that his true joy came from connecting with people and making their lives a little better.

This passion has guided him throughout his career, helping him meet incredible people and continually redefine my path. Every company and organization that he has been a part of has inspired him to continue to learn and connect with people to continue to grow in all ways of life. His partnership first mindset brought him to meet his business partner and friend, Ed Mills.

Ed and Luis met about 16 years ago, and from the start, they discovered the shared passion for helping people. With Luis’ entrepreneurial spirit and Ed’s forward-thinking and never-ending growth mindset, they aimed to grow organizations and make a positive impact as much as possible. What set them apart was our different approaches to projects, which turned out to be our greatest strength. They achieved goals quickly, driven by genuine care for helping others. The essence of their mission, “Helping People,” remains our guiding principle. Ed and Luis believe that whether through innovation, technology, or leadership best practices, anything is possible when we focus on helping people. Our “Why” is rooted in a commitment to making a meaningful difference in every life and organization we touch. By staying true to our core values and continuously striving to innovate and lead, we aim to inspire and empower those we work with. Together, we make the world a better place, one positive change at a time.

Fun fact about our partnership that we look forward to sharing with you all. Ed and I love to joke and talk about music, but all the songs he has, I guess, are not made by the Beatles.
